Do you offer regional exclusivity?

Yes. Every show is protected by Regional Exclusivity for the entirety of the current season. This means that no other band or percussion ensemble will be playing your music within your competitive circuit. This is why it is imperative that you include accurate information regarding Local Circuit, Regionals, and Championships in your request form.

I need music changes. Is that included in the price?

We do offer Customization services on a first-come-first-serve basis. The price of edits depends on what is being asked. Custom edits will only be made for large scale requests (i.e. we cannot edit a score written for 4 marimbas to 3 marimbas, add a bari sax part, etc…). If you are interested in a “Small Band” show but would need the instrumentation expanded, that is available.

what are your payment options?

We accept Checks, P.O.s, PayPal, Venmo. Payment plans can be discussed if payment in full is not an option.

How long is a show reserved after initial inquiry?

A show is reserved for the current competitive season. Marching Band Season being May through December. Indoor Season being September through May.

Are samples and MainStage files included in the shows?

Yes. While we are continuing to update all shows to be Mainstage compatible, some older productions only come with Sample .wavs. If you are interested in a show that doesn’t currently have a Mainstage Concert, that could be added to the overall price.

How does licensing work for copyrighted material?

You have a few options: You can go through a company like Tresona (http://www.tresonamusic.com) and handle it through their web-based system, or contact the publishers directly. The act of securing Copyright permission is on the performing ensemble, and should be handled as soon as possible. Additional costs vary depending on show.

Can I make adjustments to your music?

While our shows are carefully crafted and field tested, we understand that each program may need adjustments made to the original material. You are welcome to make adjustments to our productions as you wish.

are notation files included with purchase?

To protect the unlawful copying and sharing of our music, notation files are not included with purchase.

are refunds available for shows?

Refunds are not available for shows. (See Covid-19 Clause). Due to the Regional Exclusivity, once a show is reserved for a certain market, it is no longer available for purchase by any other group. Because of the nature of this lease, we cannot offer refunds.

Are multiple versions/classes of shows available with purchase?

Yes. If you purchase an Indoor Percussion show that has multiple class versions, all versions will be available.

How are show materials delivered?

Once payment is received, show materials are delivered via Dropbox within 1 week.
