Payment

We accept Purchase Orders, Checks, and Online Money Transfers via PayPal or Venmo. Payment in full must be received before music is sent unless a Payment Plan is negotiated beforehand.

Refund Policy

We are not able to offer refunds on music once purchased. Due to the Regional Exclusivity agreement, purchasing a show removes that production from the requested circuits and Championships. There is also no way to guarantee a “return of materials” once the material is delivered.

Time Period of Purchased Shows

A show is licensed to be used for one Competitive Season (either Fall Marching Band or Indoor Percussion). Any use of the music outside of these parameters must be negotiated.

Regional Exclusivity

Once a show is purchased, that production is no longer available for any other ensemble that will be attending any shows in your local Circuit, Regionals, or Championships. This is why it is VERY IMPORTANT that you provide us with accurate information about what shows you plan to attend for the season.
